He said that future ruined cities in America no doubt include San Francisco, Oakland, and everything in Arizona. He said that it's tough in Haiti because structures that are hurricane resistant are not earthquake resistant, and vice versa. Then he talked about this magical, hurricane/earthquake resistant building in Miami which houses the National Hurricane Center.
